Hotel Management: We handle all hotel matters. We control your hotel as if we were the owners. We monitor expenses, labor hours and inventory to ensure that we are staying within forecasted budget.


Sales & Marketing: Our Sales and Marketing team will ensure that your hotel stays competitive in the market. Our marketing efforts include but not limited to on-line buys, print advertising, and co-op advertising/marketing. Sales calls are implemented weekly at each hotel and local association business meetings are attended & websites are created for each hotel to help market the hotel individually and maintain it's competitiveness in the marketplace.

Personnel: Payroll administration - our office works closely with a reliable third party payroll processing company to prepare payroll checks and file payroll taxes for all hotels.
