Consulting: Our professionals offer management advice and guidance to help facilitate your project. If you need assistance with a distressed hotel, and/or new ownership we can help you create and build your business to maximize your investment.

Hotel Management: We handle all hotel matters. We control your hotel as if we were the owners. We monitor expenses, labor hours and inventory to ensure that we are staying within forecasted budget.

  • Budgeting - An aggressive budget will be developed with the investors in mind. This budget will be developed annually as a guideline for managing expenses.
  • Operations Reports - Weekly labor reports, daily revenue reports, and purchasing are prepared at the property level with corporate supervision.
  • Cash Flow Reports - Supply monthly or as-needed basis reports on revenue and expenses from the hotel.
  • Accounts Payable - Centralized processing of all property payables and on-line bill pay.
  • Financial Statements - Prepare monthly reports including balance sheet, profit and loss summary for budget, last year/same month/ year-to-date.
  • Bank Reconciliation - Monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts is conducted at the corporate office.

Sales & Marketing: Our Sales and Marketing team will ensure that your hotel stays competitive in the market. Our marketing efforts include but not limited to on-line buys, print advertising, and co-op advertising/marketing. Sales calls are implemented weekly at each hotel and local association business meetings are attended & websites are created for each hotel to help market the hotel individually and maintain it's competitiveness in the marketplace.

Personnel: Payroll administration - our office works closely with a reliable third party payroll processing company to prepare payroll checks and file payroll taxes for all hotels.
